Cancellation Policy
I understand sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore I respectfully require 48 hours notice to any cancellations or changes to your scheduled service.
If you cancel your appointment within less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged 40% of the cost of your service.
If you fail to show up to your appointment without notice, you will be charged 100% of the service cost. No refunds or exceptions.
If you leave a deposit for any service, that deposit secures your specific time and date. The deposit is non transferable meaning it cannot be transferred to a future appointment. If you decide to cancel/reschedule your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit.
I do not offer refunds of any kind. No exceptions.
